Big Plans for the weekend

So I am almost back to a good balance. Eating better, not smoking, sleeping. No doctor visits until the end of the month! I just might get a routine under my belt by then. I am a creature of habit, which is why not smoking has sent me into a hysterical tailspin. Got to remember to breathe. Nice deep breaths and drink more water.  Those are my goals for the coming week. That and get my tail in gear and get my plants into the ground. 

I always think I can do so much more than I actually can.  Keep forgetting that I am slowing down. Or rather chose not to accept that. <LOL> Getting older is not for the weak! Coming up to a month on the 11th. Getting stronger every day! Thank you all for your support!
