The Plan

I have been taking positive steps lately. I joined a local online forum to help with my depression and anxiety. I spoke to my mum on the phone this morning and that talk helped me make an informed decision to get referred to a psychologist also. I will make the call to my GP on Monday.
Regarding my drinking I made a small plan to help me cut back, Which might be temporary. I wont go into details. But some of that plan is already working and gave me a positive clearer idea that I am already on the right track. I just didn't really know it. I want to go back to doing all the things I love to do. With all the help I can get I could get through this.
I hope this inspires everyone on here to make their own plan also in regards to their smoking.

I first started smoking in around 2008 after a horrendous break up. I don't know why I did in the first place. I resent this decision to this date. Now I am free and continue to stay off the cigs! I currently work as a kitchenhand and write music!
