3 weeks smoke free

Well I wished I could say its been all happy joy joy like feelings but holidays were not great and been sick for 2 weeks my brain was trying to think maybe my sinuses would be happier with smoke funny huh like having a cramp in your hand thinking hitting it with a hammer would make it feel better but that's the beast to addiction I guess my emotions are up and down tired of being sick was hoping my chronic sinus problems would go away after quit but I'm  still going some days my head is foggy and I come on here and just read or private message candy and respond to others but the support of having site sure helps hope everyone realizes are head try's to play tricks to get us to smoke just don't do It one day at a time hope we all have smoke free 2014
