Shout your stats

For Wayne and I shouting our stats in the beginning was a great way to stay motivated  in those hard days and moments. So what are your stats??

Ours are 444 days quit, 26664 unsmoked death sticks, saved a ton of cash, and time added to our life

So glad this post is brought forward for all to shout their stats . Day one or ten thousand one it's a great place to honour your quit . Post everyday or every week or whenever you just feel like shouting from the rooftops ! You deserve it .

Today I am shouting.

49 months. Shudda had a party in January, but forgot (for the first time).

Crossed my mind, mildly, when I was reading The Saint Goes West. About every 4 pages he pulls out a cigarette. Once, twice; it's an old book (1942). But over and over and over was yanking me.(*) I got past it and am fine; if I wasn't I'd read something else.

Congratulations to all on the journey.

Spoiler
There's actually a fictional reason for the Saint's cigarette obsession and his last butt saves the day.

I quit 3/1/06.  Coming up on 18 years smoke free.  Quit counter says:

Giulia - Free and maintaining my quit for Seventeen Years, Eleven Months, Eight Days, 13 Hours and 54 Minutes, while extending my life expectancy 682 Days and 18 Hours, by not smoking 196637 cigarettes that would have cost me at least $78,164.75.

I've never forgotten what Day One feels like and I never intend to go back there.  Smoke free and happy to be.  Stay true to you everybody!
