10 years 5 months 11 days. Congratulations to all of you.
49 months. Shudda had a party in January, but forgot (for the first time).
Crossed my mind, mildly, when I was reading The Saint Goes West. About every 4 pages he pulls out a cigarette. Once, twice; it's an old book (1942). But over and over and over was yanking me.(*) I got past it and am fine; if I wasn't I'd read something else.
Congratulations to all on the journey.

2 more years have passed. It’s been 12 years 1 month 6 days. Once in a while i have bad cravings but stay strong. Refuse to cave in. Congratulations to all who have continued this journey and to all who are starting this journey
I quit 3/1/06. Coming up on 18 years smoke free. Quit counter says:
Giulia - Free and maintaining my quit for Seventeen Years, Eleven Months, Eight Days, 13 Hours and 54 Minutes, while extending my life expectancy 682 Days and 18 Hours, by not smoking 196637 cigarettes that would have cost me at least $78,164.75.
I've never forgotten what Day One feels like and I never intend to go back there. Smoke free and happy to be. Stay true to you everybody!
