New here, hoping I can quit.

Hello everyone,

I am new here, and really hoping that I can quit. I am feeling pretty apprehensive about it though.  I have a date set and I am trying to get in the zone.  Any advice.  My quit date is Aug. 31st 2010.


Any words of wisdom would be appreciated!

New also, words of wisdom........, okay, no matter how long you have smoked we should realize that we didnt always smoke.
