Give and get support around quitting
A lurker is typically a member of an online community who observes, but does not actively participate. Particularly in internet culture, a user of a message board or chat room who does not participate.
So are you a lurking? Are you sitting on the sideline with the w’s: watching, waiting, wondering? when? or why? Are you telling yourself that you can’t? Are you holding on to excuses? Start changing your thoughts that you can do this. So many here have, so can you. It is a one day at a time method. It is not smoking no matter what and learning smoke quitting tools for a successful quit. It’s never giving up. Not quitting on your quit.
