How does one cope a smoker, when my smoke date arrives?

Hello, my name is Karen, I just joined last week, my quit date is 10/31/13. My husband is so sweet, and we both have tried to quit several times together, but we just let each other down all the time, when it comes to quitting smoking. I'm determined to quit,so how do I cope with the Question above please. Any suggestions PLEASE?

If you get the anser to that, let me know.  My husband and I were doing the e-cigs and it just didn't seem to do the trick.  On my new quit date I plan to try it again maybe with the aid of a medication.  Have a great day!!
