Give and get support around quitting
I relapsed for a very brief period of time (about 3 packs worth) and am now back on track. Severe stress was my trigger, but I took control, got back on this great website and quit yesterday, May 26, 2012.
I feel very good about not letting my addiction get carried away and that I remembered the tools. 🙂 Laurie

I'm new to the site, so I'm really hoping that this works out for me. I'm quitting not just for me, but for my daughters. Truth be told most people don't know I smoke. I smoke every 3-4 hours, some days it's every 2-3 hours. Stress is definitely my trigger or boredem. i want to not only stop wasting my money on them, but I don't even want to think about what things will be like for in the future (health wise).
