HI I AM NEW

MY NAME IS RUTHANN AND I AM NEW TO BECOMEANEX. NEED TO QUIT BECAUSE OF HEALTH PROBLEMS AND WOULD LIKE TO LIVE LONGER TO BE WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS

I'm new too, and just started tracking. "Become an Ex" questionnaire says I'm not ready for a quit date yet. So ladies and gentlemen, I'm tracking, reading the postings, and glad that I found this community. Good luck to all and I hope I can give and receive support as well.

Welcome Ruthann. This is a great site and we are here to help you quit. I am on Day 11 and have received so much support from this site. Just write away and we'll be here to help cheer you on. I can take DEEP breaths for the first time in 42 years and walk up stairs without having to rest. I feel great! Just be positive and you can do it! You'll see how strong you can be.
