Doing It Cold Turkey

Hello....I'm Greg. My birthday is Jan 3rd and I am going to do my best to give myself and family the best gift- to stop killing myself with tobacco. I'm doing it cold turkey. Friend me to give and receive help and support.

I like that quit date because you are avoiding that new year's resolution thing which too often is hooked to "luck" when luck has nothing to do with it! A Birthday is a Great Day to choose because you ARE beginning a whole NEW LIFESTYLE! Like being born again - Addiction FREE!!!!
