Give and get support around quitting
I won’t smoke but I sure feel like it . Not sure why actually . Things are fine . Still exercising, tending to the garden , eating healthy , not really any stress but geesh several times today I’ve realky wanted a cigarette.
Its kinda scary when it just rears it’s head like that.
No worries . Never gonna smoke again.
Just wanted to post about it and hope I’m always as vigilant at staying guarded to random cravings...
Congrats Jonimarie !!
You’re doing amazing !
I agree . Now the excitement has worn off in part as I feel like I got through the hardest part . BUT after reading about No Mans Land I think it was a trick . Haha
The hardest part may continue to be the next 3 months .
We can do this though !!!!
We will both hang tough and get through these moments . Hugs
I totally agree. I’m 3 weeks in and it is still work when a craving comes. I am using all my tools and reading on this site-a lot when I can. Thanks everyone!
Tanuaj13 we certainly are all in this together
Tanuaj13 how are you doing
Hey! I’m doing well. Quit on May 1. Actually on the last day of April but I’m counting from May 1 my date I set. I still have “unexpected “ triggers. I mean they just come from nowhere out of the blue most of the time. How about you? I suppose it’s how many receptors we have accumulated.

I too still struggle at day 55. Comes and goes in waves. Thus far been
manageable. It is when I let it take hold of me I get in a funk for a day
or two. Constant self talk to keep my head above water. However there are
getting to be more days where I have not had a smoke thought all day. Glad
all is well
Thank you. All encouragement is accepted gladly! Father’s Day day is a hard one for me. Going to try to go to sleep now. Tanuaj

Things will get better!
Isn't it crazy? I'm at day 156 and just two days ago, had urges as strong as in the beginning of the quit. Love that you're sticking with N.O.P.E.
