I have tried several times to quit and seem to always have a reason to start again, I am 62 years old and getting ready to retire, I want to enjoy my retirement and my family, I regret all the years that I have smoked and hope with everything that I am that I can quit for good, but I know it is one day at a time and have to keep the thoughts in my head as to all the reasons I want to quit. Trying the patch, I know I can't do it cold turkey. But just hope and pray that I can QUIT. Found this website and hope it will help.
