Hypnosis

Has anyone used hypnosis to quit smoking?  There is a supposed very good hypnotist here in my city.  My former therapist says hypnosis only works about 50% of the time.  Thoughts?

$300 down the drain for me, one on one,  he was talking and my mind was wandering, being so unprepared after several days I was walking the hallways at work crying like a crazy person, went to see the Dr, she gave me Wellbutrin, and told me to smoke while taking it.  I quit the drug and kept the smoking.

Please listen to anyone here, read the materials, learn about the addiction, pick a date and trust the process.  It's worked for so many of us, it will work for you too.
