Discuss different approaches to quitting, including medication
So I quit and have started the patch today. It has helped but the craving is so strong. I’m using the 21 mg patch since this is a new patch. I do have lozenges as well. But I smoke out of boredom, to relieve stress, after eating, and as soon as I get up in the morning. I am seeking ideas on how to deal with those times when I want to smoke. It has become so much a part of my routine and just want to break the habit. Any suggestions would be most helpful. Thank you so much!
