Almost caved tonite and was no where near a computer to make it  through, so did the next best thing DQ chocolate sundae. I figiure I will trade a few punds for it being eaiser to breathe. I just need to remember it is non negotible!!!!!   Not One Puff Ever., even warned friends at work and they hid their smokes..................nice to know I have a few friends 🙂 The only way to go is up from here!
