So I finished day 1 with only some mostly a minor craving, except for after work sitting on the couch I just wanted to smoke becuase I was so bored. It was like I had to keep reminding myself that I was quitting because I couldn't remember, " I should go out for a smoke, oh wait I'm quitting". happened over and over. But I feel happy today and I'm ready to keep this streak going, I already made it through the first day. I'm going to barnes and noble to read this book called 'quitting smoking the easy way' I think it's called, cuz a lot of people have said that it helped them. So, be back on later
