well I have made it I am still smokefree and I plan to stay that way just have to stay positive.  It has been a rough couple of montths and we have to delay christmas this year but I know I can keep this quit besides me doing it my husband is quitting with me.  We are starting over again have to leave the stinking thinking behind and start a more positive lifestyle.
