Hellooo,

i have wanted to come on here all day but couldn't cause had to wait til 3:45pm and then i will have 2 week's smoke free.. 7 day's since the last patch... i feel i am doing well the only thing that i can see is that i think about having one but dont feel i need one... hope you know what i'm saying... i will get through this....
