Anxiety levels running pretty high today....this is day 5 and first day back to work since my quit datWork went exceptionally well, it's when I come home  and I don't keep myself busy. This too shall pass....

blow on your thumb. it stimulates the vagus nerve and is calming.

Great job on day 5! Have you done any of the reading Shawn suggested in your last blog? Great way to keep busy at home and also getting educated about the addiction is the sure fire way to become and STAY committed! I am one year smokefree today because I did that! xo

YES this too shall pass!  PROMISE!  come here often.  read.  blog.  follow the suggestions.  distract often.  ONE DAY AT A TIME.

Until finally it's just...............BETTER.

But for now, listen, read, distract, explore, educate.  DO THE WORK. 

I SWEAR IT WORKS!

I'm at 30 days! It will get better! I find the more I read and educate myself the less stressed I am getting! And lots of deep breathing!
