It's your choice ... KICK it ... or, STICK with it! Does that seem to simple? It really is, it's just a matter of getting your mindset and then following through.
It IS simple. Great blog. Do it, or don't. There's no in between when it comes to quitting. You can't "sort of" quit. You either do, or you don't. You say YES to your quit and NO to putting a cigarette in your mouth. And you don't even contemplate the latter. It's the contemplation that'll get you every time. This may have spurred me on to my own blog on that subject. Thanks!
