Hey just to check in and say that I am celebrating my second year of freedom today.  No chains for me!!  Listen to Dale and the rest of the elders, they will get you through once you get through no man's land, the rest is just saying no to even one puff.  You don't want it anyway, but you wouldn't play with dynamite so don't play with your quit and that is how you stay quit.
