Tough day today

I’m still vape-free. But today has been a test. Nothing particularly bad happened, I’ve just been really down on myself. I’m trying to just hang in there and stay strong and not let the self criticism get out of hand. I know I can complete my studies if I try, I have to keep that in mind.
