I quit smoking almost 2 years ago and I continue to reap the benefits of being smokefree. My employer has changed our health insurance and if you are a smoker it will cost you about $100 more a month than a non smoker. The company is offering smoking cessation classes and support which is awesome because some of my close friends still smoke, it would be great to see them kick the nicodemon to the curb!!

I felt soooo blessed to not have to worry about paying more for my health coverage!!

The payoff from being a quitter just gets better and better!!
