what's the Pay Off?

This is a great question for anyone new or a little seasoned, WHATS THE PAY OFF?

I wrote it all out on a piece of paper, it was a long list.

LIFE and that one right there is a huge list of things we do, say, feel experience.

LOVE another big list of our loves in our life,

MYSELF, health and life and love.

I get all of these things in a great way when I don't smoke, thats the PAY OFF for me.

LIFE and all the great things it has to offer, in health for a longer life with my lovedones and not makeing

any of my lovedones cry over killing myself agaonizingly with cigarettes.

Make your own list , Ask yourself WHAT:S THE PAY OFF? You can ask this quiestion about a lot of things in your choices in life.
