The First Day!!!

today is my first day with out a cigarette.  I cant tell you how much i enjoy the honesty and compassion on this website.  I have joined this group and just wanted to say Hello....  My name is Wendy and i am 46 years old and have been smoking since I was 12.  Ikes  thats a long time.. Well I have had enough.  That ismy word for today ENOUGH already... Glad to be here and really enjoy the support...Thank you.
