Getting emails from EX checking on my progress lets me know I'm not alone in this QUIT. Family and friends are supportive and happy for me as well. I have gone 3 weeks without a cigarette and I didn't think I'd make it past the fourth day. I do have help from the nicotine gum but I only use 1/4 of a piece or less to take the edge off the cravings. I am planning to stay quit and just hoping I didn't wait too long for it to affect me physically. I am seeing a doctor and having tests done to see what kind of damage may have been done by smoking for so many years. But, no matter what comes up, I don't want to smoke anymore.
