Today marks 2558 days of freedom. Wow 7 years and I haven’t let anything get in the way of that. Oddly, I have had some cravings over the past couple of months but I don’t know where they are coming from. I just let them pass on by.
I don’t get to the site often but I think of everyone and the support you have given me throughout the years. I am so glad I found this group; I know that being part of this community was the key my sticking with it. I’m very happy and proud to have gone the past 7 years without smoking. I had smoked for more than 30 years; over half my life, and back then i would never have thought it possible.
