Thank you my dear family for all of your love and prayers

I was so amazed that so many people really cared about me. I thank God for my new found family. I have never had anybody really care about me. I have been a caretaker of kids and parents my whole life. I wish I could get to everyone and give you a great big bear hug. I was really down all day yesterday but kept busy and that helped. Today is much better as I am keeping my 3 year old great grandson. I just have to remember I cannot pick him up or I might mess up my back. It is doable if I focus.

I realized yesterday after reading messages from all of my dear family that smoking changes nothing. I would have hated myself this morning. I will never never never light up agian.
