Today makes the third day without smoking. It is not easy and I find myself munching on junk food. I do have a weight problem so I do not want to add to my weight problem. I am trying to snack on healthier foods, but I am just in a rut! Do not get me wrong I am happy I have decided to put down the cigarettes I just have to be better! I would love some encouragement while I keep on keeping on!!
