Still hanging in

Hi everyone! 

I haven't written in a few days, I have not been feeling well. I came down with a pretty severe vertigo attack on Monday and I am just now able to really start getting around. I live alone and it makes it difficult to do things when your head is spinning. I did have friends who offered to help but sometimes I am just to hardheaded to ask.

I have been reading the blogs and keeping track of my cigarettes daily, so I think I am still on track for my Sept 2 quit date. I was sorry to hear about Betty passing, I'm new to the site so I did not know her, but I read the comments and looked at her page. She was a wonderful caring person.
