Starting Fresh!!

Today I erased all my old blogs. I did this because I did not want to see all the negative things I wrote. TODAY is the day I am going to work on this no smoking! I woke up put a patch on and started fresh. Yes I have read the book, I can't remember his name but I read it. I have a new attitude and a new plan so I'm getting started two hours ago!! 😉
