Restlessness

I am on antidepressants and mood stabilizers for anxiety and depression, ever since I quit last week, I am having more side effects from the medications. The restlessness is crazy, and I wake up in the middle of the night and pace for hours, my legs are also very restless, and I'm constantly moving. My doctor has put me on medication for side effects, but it's not really working. I just can't sit still, and I wish that my body would just relax. Walking helps, but only when I'm walking, as soon as I get back, I get restless again. Has anyone experienced this, and if so, what did you do?
