Nrt was in the mail I'm trying tomorrow!  last night I had a vivid dream even though I bought a pack and chain smoked the whole thing so it really doesn't matter if I am smoking or not. I took prozosin right before bed. I went to the gym as usual. I took my vitamins and ate well. I'm so sick of wanting to smoke and it's too cold to be outside late doing it.
