I dropped down from 21mg patch's to 14mg patch's two days ago and now I'm having the same strong cravings as I did when I quit and started the 21mg patch's. Has anybody else had this problem when lowering down to 14mg ? I've been dealing with it by using 1 to 2 nicotine pieces of gum per day. But using nicotine gum just raises my nicotine level back up to 21mg again.
