One year of freedom!

It was one year ago today that I quit vaping and started using the patch.  I'm not sure what to write in this post.  I just wanted to share the milestone and hopefully encourage those of you who are in the early days and struggling.  YOU CAN DO IT!  

It is a wonderful feeling to NEVER think about nicotine.  To never have that urge. The shackles are broken and it is the greatest feeling in the world.  It truly is freedom.
