One year later

I know today marks one year since I quit - well, technically 9:45pm was my last cigarette, but regardless, the accomplishment is monumental.

I had forgotten that I joined this site until I got my email congratulating me on one year - what a smile that brings.  

It does get easier - I still have cravings, however.  I find it easier to ease those when I'm actually around other smokers, oddly.  It's a choice you make every single day - and I choice I'll continue to make every single day.
