One Year

Hi all,

It has been a while since I have logged on to write/read posts.  I just wanted to pop on to celebrate my 1 year of being a non-smoker.  There were some hairy days along the way, but with the support of my son and definitely this group in the early days, I have made it a full year and feel like I am finally free.  The thought still creeps in every once in a while, but it goes right away with no trama/difficulty.  For those still in the early days, I wish you strength to carry on with your plan.  This can be done.  This group is a fantastic place to vent, cry, laugh, learn.   Thank you all!!!
