Hi everyone,
I recently decided to take the plunge and work towards dropping cigarettes. I was told of this website by the Maine Quit hotline, and I thought I would introduce myself and ask a couple general questions
- first off, I’ve been struggling to commit to a quit date. I finally got my NRT through my local pharmacy a few days ago, my planned quit date, but had some reservations and chickened out. Has anyone else had this experience? Any tips?
also, what do people here like to do in the mornings? I’ve been looking for more suggestions. I like writing or taking a walk, or on a day off getting cozy after breakfast to watch youtube videos
