Made it to day 5

I think last night was the toughest so far for me. I had been so busy the last few days but yesterday it was rainy and I was worn out...so dedicated so much free time to myself that I started to get ancy for one. I think more because of boredom. I pushed thru and just gave up and went to bed. Woke up this morning and felt better. Sometimes it scares me that I want one....but I think to myself...Not really...I just want the feeling of inhaling...or the habit that broke up my day....and not in a good way either..so why still want it? Sheesh such a life long habit that really gets into you...I filled the void by making some pumpkin pie pudding...lol. I am gonna gain a ton ha ha. Think I will start walking in the mornings and also making a list of things I want or need to do so that I don't have to stress about what am I putting off or forgetting since my mind is a little all over the place right now! Well, Day 5 here we go!!
