Well, after a lot of reading and contemplating I've decided to loose the patch for good. I honestly believe the 7mg is just enough to keep you in a state of misery. I may fall to pieces since its only been about an hour since I removed that patch, but I know if I'm going to beat this the nicotine has to go for good. Day 112 here and on my way to being nicotine free.
