Once we've bit the bullet and have taken back our lives from the clutches of the dreaded nicotine poison THEN it's up to each one of us to nurture and protect the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the GIFT OF LIFE! I know beyond a shadow of a doubt how horrendous it can be in those early days and weeks BUT with commitment and perseverance I made it through and so will you, stay close AND reach out whenever you need to or just want to vent we're all here to help you in any way we can you've got this believe it!
