I need help

Hello, I am 26 years old. I e been vaping for about ten years. It disgusts me just typing that. I have 0 support at home with quitting because everyone else smokes/vapes. I'm a mother of two beautiful kids that I want to live a long healthy life for. I hate not having the power over my own mind to just stop vaping and it just makes me feel yucky inside.
