    I thought I would wish everyone a happy Labor Day.  I hope your quits are doing well.  I found at first the mind has a hard time getting use to something new.  As the days go by the brain slowly adjusted to new things.  After months I still was doing better.  It can be difficult but you are in charge!!  Have a good holiday.  Namaste
