Goodbye Old Friend

Well cigarettes, this is going to be bittersweet but it's for the best. You have been with me since I was 16 y.o. and I am now almost 39. You have been my comfort for awkward moments, when I want to get away from people- a great excuse for sure. But for a while now, I have been having troubles with wheezing, shortness of breath and my clothes stink! Your ashes and little flying cherries annoy me, my car and my clothing. I think it's time we take a break and I hope it's for good too. I will always remember you- for the good times and not so good times.
