    Happy Monday!!  We didn’t have church yesterday due to the weather.  I went online.  What are you doing today?

    It is great we can come here and share about our quits.  Trying to quit on my own did not work.  I continually relapsed.  After I came here and did the suggested readings I got time in.  You can do it too.  Namaste
