I thought a little light humor would be a good way to start the day! 🙋♀️☕
In the early stages of my quit I watched a lot of comedy either on T.V or dvds or on YouTube, I found if I was laughing it kept the cravings away! 😁 I also did a lot of baking and most definitely house cleaning, I found keeping my mind as well as my hands occupied helped me through some pretty horrific times! Sticking with N.O.P.E ~ Not One Puff Ever ~ is TRULY GIVING OURSELVES THE GIFT OF LIFE!
