Going to try this again. I must've quit smoking 10 or 15 times this time I gain 50 pounds went on a diet unsuccessfully Then I start smoking again Lost weight but failed at quitting smoking so here we go again this time for real I will quit and not gain weight I have faith in myself and with everyone's help I'll be good
