Today is Day 3 and I think I am doing ok. Yes there are cravings but I have found pretty good things to take in place of smoking. Chewing gum is a big one. It seems as long as I keep my hands and mouth in some what of the same habits then it triggers my brain to not think about smoking. Every day is a new day and I am proud of my self that I can wake up and still have the same confidence in my goal as day one.
