Hello exers,

My smoke free life is so much better than before. I've added years to my life, and I have saved some money.I'd like to thank all of you for helping me stay quit. I don't come to the the site as often,but  I do read the blogs on occasion. All you newbies out there, good luck, stick with it, you can do this!! I smoked for 28 + years. If I can do it so can you!!!! N.O.P.E.
