Doing better today but the cravings are driving me nuts..I am so close I can feel it.. my husband comes home in a day and he is a heavy smoker.. IM afraid I am going to relapse...... keep telling myself I can do this.. I am doing good... even when I slip up I dont beat myself up and say well I screwed this up again maybe next time.. I am actually trying harder each craving.. I have read so many different methods of quitting without gum etc... I know some think by puffing a few puffs off a ciggerete is keeping me addicted. But I take one puff blow it back out I dont inhale it, which puts a nasty taste in my mouth, I put the ciggerette out... that was at 8am.. come 1pm I relit same ciggerette took 1 puff blew it out and put it out... It actually has the same effect as chantex because after putting a cig out and reliting it it taste horrible and puts a nasty taste in your mouth and makes you a bit nauseated well atleast it does me.. I have quit before using this method and had quit for almost a year but losing my gma,dad, and cousin in a 6week time set me back... I know I can do this
